The Enneagram is a nine-type map of motive and habit under stress. It is popular and unofficial. This version is original and informal. Answer as you are on a normal week, not as the person you perform.

Read the Enneagram guide after your result. For four-letter type language take the 16 types test. For workplace style take DISC.

Is this the official Enneagram? ▼
No. The nine types are a popular map with several schools. This is an original informal quiz. It is not Riso-Hudson, Enneagram Institute, or a certified report.
Can I be two types? ▼
Most people have a lead type and a nearby pattern (often called a wing). Read the bars. The second-highest score is often how you behave when the lead type is blocked.
How is this different from 16 types or DISC? ▼
The 16 types test sorts cognitive preferences. DISC is workplace pace and communication. Enneagram is closer to motive and stress habit. None of them replace the Big Five.
Should I use this to hire someone? ▼
No. Short online quizzes are too coarse for selection.
